my plan though is like a giant underground ave with plots all over teh place and a huge castle with a moat to bedrock in the middle and this time I'm going to wait until i have more than 100 gold :/

Coranis had a really great location hollowed of from bedrock and all plotted up like that. I can give you coords if you want to bring it back. I hate to see so much time spent hollowing everything out and trailing grass down from the surface (this was before the days of the admin store) go to waste.
