To me, the original idea right now is looking like a group of elites that act as judges, but when the defending party is found guilty, they kill them.

What I'm looking for more in Kiwike is an international group, made up of delegates representing each and every nation that should join. They're goal is to make peace, and they do that through suggestions, that are voted on, and each and every nation within represented in the group will be forced to follow the rules. That's how that organization will obtain that ultimate power.

The team of elites, as it seems to me, may have a problem exerting their own power over the guilty party, as they don't seem to be a collaboration of all the nations.

As i said in the first post Droid, it was simply a rough idea that someone could work with, I myself have no political power in Kiwike but someone like yourself would be welcomed to run this "Kiwike UN" I believe.
