Cerantia, as a nation, will not join a centralized government or peace-keeping organization of any kind. All it will do is just simply pull Cerantia into a highly regulated war where no-one wins except whoever is 'wrong' by popular support. I ask that all Cerantian towns also do not join such organizations; but I cannot stop you. You are all a nation-state under Cerantia and, as long as you do not declare war and make it known that you are only defending certain cities or places or people, or are having a policing aciton, I can't stop you.
