Piston Trolling the Server.

So, i fixed it, Apparently, The piston above was drawing power down to it, to make the cycles the same, when they should follow the redstone connected to each,

To fix, i moved the redstone on the top piston, ON a trail up and around the piston, and down 3 blocks to connect it,

this made the one under it connect fully to the redstone that i was attempting to connect it to,
And Whalla, It works.
