Whats wrong with
"I have read this bill fully, and I vote for this bill to be denied."?
Same thing goes with "I only skimmed the post and disagree anyway because I am ignorant."

There is no need for this. Proposing a bill is supposed to be a serious matter.

Also, Android, if you would please, can we get an end date for voting on this bill? As it seems it could drag on forever with those changing their minds, just realizing its here, etc. Entirely up to you, though.
