And what exactly would be the point of quick bills, other than to have them finish up in 24 hours instead of 72 hours?

I suppose we'd have to have criteria as to describe what a quick bill would entail.

Unless it varies a lot from what a normal bill would be, maybe we'd benefit in not having such things.
