Due to a clear majority, one that included the mayor of Phalinx himself, the bill has been passed and the actions will be taken out within the hour.

Please bare in mind that the passing of this bill does not install a sort of hatred between the two entities, but will rather separate them as to not create more.

War is in no way eminent in passing this bill and I, for one, plan to remain good friends with asdf.
