I think nether oasis' would be really cool and unique, like random areas in the nether that 'generated' into it. The oasis would include normal trees, grass, (somehow) water pond (ice placed then unfrozen??), flowers, ext. Seems like it'd be pretty awesome.. Or a nether town that is on an oasis would be epic!
