New forum rule regarding animated GIFs

I tried to do some research to see if I could find a standard on how many frames per second are in the dangerzone for these types of seizures. However, I could not find anything.

Siezures are more of a full screen rapidly changing image in a dark room kind of thing, but blinking pictures are still distracting.
