Can you just claim copyrights? That wouldn't make any sense. I could honestly say that I have the copywrite for Cerce then, and Yotta for that matter. Yotta, Yu No Speak!

If you couldn't just claim it you would have to contact every country you want to publish it in.

So if you make a game or something and put it on the Internet and you had to actually ask for copyright you had to contact every country with access to the internet.
