[Beta] Updates 3/2

• Updated Bukkit to 1.1 RC3
  
• Added /home for all donor groups
  
• Added /inn for all donor groups
  
• Added Courier, a plugin for writing letters. Use /letter <message>
  
• Updated postboxes to work with Courier letters!
  

Last thing to finish before the release of Revamped is Territories. It's a huge project. We also have to figure out how to generate the map ASAP but still be able to have the awesome jungles from 1.2, which no one knows when it comes out.

2. I cannot send letters only create them
3. Are we getting our rooms in the beta or only in revamped?
4. I don't know if pvp is enabled in the inn but if so consider randomizing the spawn in the inn, like 4 different locations so people cannot spawn kill.
