Lightning makes things explode because it heats the liquids inside, turning them into gases--the rapid expansion blows apart the container, you can see this effect with trees hit by lightning. So it would be possible for lightning to knock people around by causing something near them to explode, and the force of that blast may move them, but it's also really likely the shrapnel from that explosion would injure them.
If the lightning doesn't make a person explode or short-circuit their nervous system then it's not going to really move them, although it's possible that a muscle spasm could jerk them around a bit if the lightning doesn't kill them outright.
