I prefer cherrychanga.

A chimicherry sounds like it's some kind of cherry, whereas with cherrychanga it's more apparent that the cherry is modifying the changa (w/e that is), which makes more sense in my mind because cherry is the flavor, not the actual food (mashed-up cherries in a tortilla that's deep-fried).
