1 - is there anyway to test this yet (i.e. create a town or visit another town)
2 - the chat notifications every time you change chunks should probably be removed before release

Yes, just tell me and Android the name of time and/or nation and we'll create it for you. The chat notifications will be toggled in the final version, being off by default
