Ofcourse.
We are only so "Free" lol, there will be rules in place and a very strict law system (only during war). However we will not be a tyrannic government.
What we do is for the "Good" of the people. We are a democratic hybrid.
The stuff I put up there last time is pretty much everything, but in times of war, stuff like that laws will go in-affect to help us out however you can (since we we will have an army/civilian/political branches in our nation) we just ask those who are not in the army to help out by maybe donating some diamonds, some food (much needed), maybe some gold to the national bank.
By donating we mean please do so, we won't commit you to death for not giving us your stuff lol.
