As Crash said, or how I interpreted it. You don't have to speak to have an RP reason. And If I remember right, Saera did say that raiding was RP, and if they where stealing from you it was raiding. Therefore, RP.
I'm not trying to argue with you Asdf, just trying to say that you cannot place the blame on the people who raided. If that was the case Bowser, Riskae, all of them would be gone by now, they have been raided way beyond what you have experienced.
I do agree with Crash that there should be some limitations in the killing, but simple saying "You must have an RP reason to kill", is to blunt and should be more defined. I for one, do not speak when I kill somebody. Nor can I think of a reason to? Just screaming in local "You have betrayed us "insert name", you shall now die!", comes across as a joke to me, and gives that person a chance to run and escape. Where as the smart fellow would just sneak up and go for the kill.
