You want a fully functioning RP experience but you ban people who do just that. You should be able to do what you like ,in a RP sense, without the fear of getting banned. Creator's character was a pirate and he was raiding, He shouldn't have to stop and think, well i should probably not go in there because i might get banned :/. He was acting the way his character would have acted, a minor 'grief' like that should not have been a bannable offence. The fact is that if this were a RP experience, you would realise that he was raiding and he broke into the farm to pillage, exactly what pirates do. your giving contradictory rules. even in 2.0 people would get banned for minor offences. Can you please reconsider your rules and define in more detail what each rule is.
Obviously people aren't allowed to do certain things, regardless of their RP.
What would be the point of the rules if I could just go, "Oh but I'm a pirate, therefore I get to do whatever the #$%^ I want."
Realistic perhaps, but almost undoubtedly not very fun for everyone the pirate goes after who isn't playing a character that's got an RP pass to just do general #$%^-all behavior.
As I recall, in K2 the general rule was that you replace what you destroy when you're stealing things, unless you're at war, then I believe you were allowed to destroy structures and the like.
Im not saying that they would be able to burn down building and the likes but a small destruction like this should hardly be Solved with a ban. How is this ruining someone's experience. The breaking of 2 fences is hardly game breaking. And RP is supposed to be true to life. If someone broke into your farm and killed your livestock for meat, you wouldn't expect them to replace everything and tidy up afterwards. That would have been the job of the owner. Im not speaking on the behalf of the Creator anymore. We seriously need to change these rules, their getting so strict it's ridiculous.
I don't think the bans are entirely appropriate either, but I have very little experience with Kiwike players being altruistic unless they have to be. So until the Knights of Dusk start laying down the law (which will likely lead to an all-out war at some point), or we get some kind of in-game law enforcement, I'm not going to protest the bans.
