From what I can tell, this is a repeat of what happened with bowser himself some time ago. See here:

EDIT: Oh, wait, bowser tried to harvest them - this was blatantly malicious, albiet in an RP-themed way. Malicious intent is still malicious. Take the destruction of the 'Cerantian Power', or setting fire to a town. It is possible, and can be explained with roleplay - but OoC malicious intent is still there.
