Yet again a Non-RP kill

Title says it all. By the one and only Crashlander, recurring culprit. I was standing in town, typing in ooc next of all I get hit. I run into a house thinking it's a skeleton. I then see Crash's name outside. I ask him to wait. He ignores my attacks at rp conversation and attacks me even though I did not strike back and then ran away. He ran away straighty after that and didn't enter any houses for chests so it wasn't a raid. I tried to get it sorted in mod chat and no attempts at sorting the incident out were made. Geckosquid then decided to give me two warnings, one for a valid reason: language then another for asking for mod help: dude stop it. Clearly the second warning was not deserved. Suba then arrived online and tried to sort things out, the only one out the 5 mods to actually try. Thank you kiwike for your great rping players and dedicated mods.
