I agree to what you guys have been talking about. I think nsanexer need to work on some stuff first though. Maybe like a certain cost per block claimed with the realms system? And I think it's still kinda blurry who would claim the land in the middle of nowhere, if the guy who lives there can't do it. Why would the other player be able to do it but not him?

I think mods should be able to set large town areas and then the "mayor" can expand it and make small realms within it.
