Wanted: Builders for New Rapture!

This sounds really interesting. I'd defiantly love to help build this up and get it going. Both the Creative and Residential manager positions seem pretty interesting, but I think I'd prefer to try my luck at the Residential manager. Or maybe, to be more conservative with my ambitions, start trying to build in the direction of the residential duties, and see if I (and you, and other citizens) feel like I'm up to the job.

EDIT: This will obviously depend on my acceptance to Helvanthar (and New Rapture as a citizen), but I'll wait to worry about those after I get whitelisted. :-)
