Non-rp killing - broader rules clarification and discussion requested

3.1 - Dont see how I had an unfair advantage, seems like we both had armor, in fact his happened to be enchanted

4 - He was in the territory of an enemy I was raiding, and posed a threat

5 - Like I said I was raiding, no time to stop and say "Excuse me sir, you are in enemy territory, whilst im raiding, time to die"

7.2 - Metagaming seriously, give me a break.....

7.3 - Like stated I am on a raid, plenty of RP.

Sure do, he was sitting right on their town's nether portal. That very well counts as their terf.
