((As a former leader of a nation, I recommend everyone not go. Dont do anything to them, they cant do anything back. Dont have any contact with them, the better off you'll be. This is from someone who was betrayed by them after making alliance. They cant go raiding other nations without a reason, and making yourself known to them will only give them some stupid reason they will twist the rules around.
