Ban Appeal - NLewis + Pwolbart

We were both ban for raiding without permission.

Here is the full story.

Crash was killed by Rudii in Revolt. He then asks Pwol and I to go over to the town to get his stuff back. We kindly walk over to the town and ask for the items back, Rudii brings us into his house where he tells us to leave or we will not get the stuff back. We kindly told him that if he did not give us the stuff while we were standing there he would "suffer". He refused and pulled his sword. Pwol and I both killed him and doug his floor for hidden chests. We then replaced everything and told the other town members that we were simply there for the items of Crash and that we wanted no trouble.

Now we are being ban because we are supposedly not supposed to be even going into towns without asking mod permission.

Could we please get some clarification?

Well did Crash say why i killed him? I dont think so and the way you guys asked for the items while threatening me i dont think that is kindly i even was going to give the items back but you guys come to my house and act like you own the place ofc i pulled my sword you guys were 2 pwolb had the bow with him all the time you only took the sword out to get in after that you stayed with the sword the whole time and you didnt say that i would "suffer" you said "Now suffer" and killed me and while checking my hidden chest in my house why not take everything that is worth a thing and leave me with nothing? If you guys just wanted the items with not let me get them?
