A letter arrives at your postbox, it is entitled -The Nether-

Hello fellow Kiwikean's,
I'm sure most of you have heard of me, and for those that have not, i'm Michael Gaccel, otherwise known as Cell. But that is not the point of this letter.
As i'm sure you could tell by the title of this letter, it is about the nether. Some of us hate it, some of us love it, it's all a preference. But one thing is sure, it's a mean of transportation. Allowing for fast travel between towns, bases, and public locations such as the Inn.
Now, some of us spend a lot of time in the Nether going from place to place, there is an abundance of portals located which-way and that, some are hidden, some are not. What i'm proposing, is a "Nether Hub".
This "Hub", is a means of transportation from portal to portal, town to town. It will have a centralized room, with many paths going off of it, each going to another portal, or town. Details can be discussed at a greater extent much later if needed. But I have prepared a fairly detailed sketch of this "Hub", attached to this letter.
If most of Kiwike was to agree to this, I would take full responsibility for the building of it, with some supplies needed. Creating a new portal at the Inn, instead of using the quite, not so hidden one. And basing the whole "Hub" off of it.
Please do reply to this letter, as i'm interested in the public's opinion. If most are to agree, I will be sending out a second letter including much more detail, and some other things.

((This Hub is from the Mindcrack server, where I originally got my idea from. You can see it in some of Etho's and Guude's videos, as-well as the others who play on the server. If one was to be built on Kiwike, it would not look exactly like this one, but i'd like to shoot for something similar. In the picture, you will see different type of blocks, wood, melons, etc. All of those signal the entrance to a path leading to another players portal.))
