Idunnoman. This sounds like turning Kiwike into an Infection server, the reason I like Kiwike so much is because its structured, yet free. Hard thing to do btw. Free political scene, free economy, all great stuff. When I hear stuff like this (even though I know its not your idea) I envision faction servers where you get assigned a side and its about living in fear all the time.
