Ban Request: Nlewis, Pwolbart, Connor and Co

Pretty much sums it up, people dont like losing, so they dig for every little reason they can possibly find against us. For example, we broke a few blocks in a wall, and didint get the pattern right on Lordgodfreys floor, we would have been banned for 3 days for that if we didn't act up. It would have been very easy to send us a letter saying "Hello sir can you please fix our wall" but no, they insist we are banned. Do Solitudians call mods against every little thing you guys do against us? Nope, in fact back during the raidings on Solitude you guys forgot to replace the cobble hole you made in the wall! Goodness, ban ban ban, ban them all! Why is it any different for us, is it because we are pvpers, because we steal and loot others all in rp. Notice how every single person that were attacked by us is protesting, is it really because we are "Big ban rule-breakers" or because you just want the pvpers gone.

This is a foolish thread, you are trying to ban us because we tried to rp and act as dictators, thats the real reason. Not because we "Metagamed" or "Failed to rp" but because we have a ban reputation with others, this is basically the final line in all your arguments.

Let's list off the rules broken today by you 3:
Grief
Raiding without permission multiple times
Burning items
Knowingly having the alt of a banned player in your town
Metagaming (You used what Jezox said on TS just before he was banned to know to go to Hyperion to conduct a raid)
Using RP as a tool to enable PvP and nothing else

Now lets talk about Nlewis ban record. "Breaking light sources to let mobs spawn" this was back in 2.0 and has nothing to do with revamped. Two are the exact same "Postbox abuse" There is nothing even in the rules saying we cant put our stuff into a postbox while we ditch our town that is under attack. "Inappropriate links and structures" haha this is just Nick being Nick, nothing to go crazy about. "Raiding without permission" i'm not even going to talk about this one, don't even see why it was in play to start out with. "Killing without rp reason" well to tell you the truth we did... Cell has been an arch enemy of us since he left unexpectedly, we find out he is at the inn with a nice load of goodies, and our bandit rp characters said "I like iron armor lets get him." The other half of his record are warnings, that are never removed from our permanent records. Notice how none of these bans are, major greifing, or failing to rp on an rp sever, we rp, and we enjoy it. These minor bans should have little affect in this thread.

1.1) Moderators Are Always Right

Moderators are entrusted with the full authority to make decisions based on game rules.
This means that when a mod makes a ruling, do not argue with them in places like the OOC chat or a forum thread!

If you believe the ruling to be unfair, you may file an appeal on the forums. The issue will be discussed among the staff and community. Do not spam the forums, as that will lower your chances of getting your voice heard and your thread will be locked.

This rule is broken SO MUCH. The mods made those bans for a reason. Also, regarding the idea that they shouldn't have effect:

1.1 Three Strikes, You’re Out

In general, unless otherwise stated, a three strike system is applied to the handling of most rule violations.

First, a verbal warning or kick warning is given.
Next, a temporary ban for a certain amount of time is issued.
Finally, should one continue to violate the rules, a permanent ban is given.

If a player is found in violation of any rule/rules, they can, depending on the type and severity of the violation, be banned without prior warning. Moderators reserve this right, as well as the choice to follow the three strike system depending on the severity of the violations.

Your previous bans mean something. If the 3-strike system was required by the mods, you and NLewis would have been banned long ago.

So, please bring more to the table than "Your wrong, we're right, this is stupid"
