Well , if you ban this group you can surely have less members to deal with. Considering that if Pwol Lewis and Connor leave , Ian is probably likely to follow suit? Possibly more.

As Crash said, its a fact, record number of people during the Solitude Peace conference. Player count in the 30's to 40's back when we got raided often. Lewis and I leave for a day or so and come back to find player counts in the low teens, and this is on Friday nights! People never came back to the server when Oranges was banned, why would it not be the same for Lewis and I.

I really dont see why we should be banned, is it because our RP characters are power-hungry. Pretty much sums it up, people dont like losing, so they dig for every little reason they can possibly find against us. For example, we broke a few blocks in a wall, and didint get the pattern right on Lordgodfreys floor, we would have been banned for 3 days for that if we didn't act up. It would have been very easy to send us a letter saying "Hello sir can you please fix our wall" but no, they insist we are banned. Do Solitudians call mods against every little thing you guys do against us? Nope, in fact back during the raidings on Solitude you guys forgot to replace the cobble hole you made in the wall! Goodness, ban ban ban, ban them all! Why is it any different for us, is it because we are pvpers, because we steal and loot others all in rp. Notice how every single person that were attacked by us is protesting, is it really because we are "Big ban rule-breakers" or because you just want the pvpers gone.

Addressing Cell on the metagaming part of this thread. Please dont try to tell me you others don't get on Skype and teamspeak and metagame. Don't tell me every other group in Kiwike uses letters and postboxes to communicate when all they need to do is press a button and talk. If you were on teamspeak and noticed a huge raid, would you say "Quick better write a letter to the army and send it off, hoping they will get it in a few seconds and come and help" no, you say, guys we are being raided, other groups do this everyday. Who are you to criticize Cell, you were once part of us, you did the exact same thing everyday. To be honest your not one to talk on this manner.

This is a foolish thread, you are trying to ban us because we tried to rp and act as dictators, thats the real reason. Not because we "Metagamed" or "Failed to rp" but because we have a ban reputation with others, this is basically the final line in all your arguments.

Now lets talk about Nlewis ban record. "Breaking light sources to let mobs spawn" this was back in 2.0 and has nothing to do with revamped. Two are the exact same "Postbox abuse" There is nothing even in the rules saying we cant put our stuff into a postbox while we ditch our town that is under attack. "Inappropriate links and structures" haha this is just Nick being Nick, nothing to go crazy about. "Raiding without permission" i'm not even going to talk about this one, don't even see why it was in play to start out with. "Killing without rp reason" well to tell you the truth we did... Cell has been an arch enemy of us since he left unexpectedly, we find out he is at the inn with a nice load of goodies, and our bandit rp characters said "I like iron armor lets get him." The other half of his record are warnings, that are never removed from our permanent records. Notice how none of these bans are, major greifing, or failing to rp on an rp sever, we rp, and we enjoy it. These minor bans should have little affect in this thread.

1)Please state sources for your information. Sources make you much more believable. If we tell somebody something in OOC that has not heard it in RP the recipient of the information will not use it in RP. We know the rules.

2)We do not metagame by using skype or teamspeak, we may tell each other things during skype calls but only to make sure somebody heard what we are telling them already in RP.

3)Calling this thread foolish? This thread was made because of foolish players. The point here is "You have been barely escaping permabans for a really long time" and that 'You continue to break rules". The "final argument" is one of the main points.

4)As for NLewis, he broke rules then and is breaking them now. See above.

5)Raiding without permission, is breaking a rule. This thread was made because people were breaking rules.

6)You cannot just disregard that you have broken multiple rules and from the accumulation for your offenses should amount to a more strict punishment. You have received warnings and chances.

7)Your RP is what got Giratina banned for "ruining player experience". You have a PvP RP just like Giratina but have not received a ban as well. Don't you think you should have taken the ban as a warning?

You SHOULD BE BANNED. Why? Because you don't know and/or understand why is one of my points. Breaking rules result in a warning/ban. Knowing these things matter.

9)The reason people "may have left" during the ban of raiders is because people didn't have to work as hard to get items that were stolen and felt safe keeping them were they were.

Your argument is faulty. Please fix it, or don't argue.
