It's the fact that it's information from a banned player that makes me upset
It's giratina's responsibility for his alt. We can't just shoot everyone close to the victim.
They knew his alt was on the server, and it's also known that they were working with his alt
Do four or five blocks destroyed in a hurry really ruin your game experience? I doubt it. If you're so adamant about it, let them replace the blocks by not chasing them down.
Talking about Godfrey's house which was fixed and not a main point. They weren't chased down, though. Godfrey watched as they did it, knowing he couldn't fight back. They replaced the floor in an order they most certainly knew wrong. That's grief. It was dealt with, and they were unbanned to fix it. But, it happened today, so I threw it in here
Raiding without permission is for yotta to decide on. I personally think a ban on raiding, especially with their new RP reasoning, hinders the RP spirit of the server significantly.
Their RP reasoning is "You stepped into our courthouse, so you signed a bill. That means we harass everyone anytime we want, and if not, we go to war" That is retarded RP, and that should be ENTIRELY discouraged. It's a thinly veiled excuse to harass people and/or go to war. So, why should the ban not be in effect?
Burning of items? They can't carry them in their inventory and they don't want you to have them. Simple.
It's already been established as illegal, and Pwolbart, who did it, has been previously warned for this
Rebuttal enough?
Nope

Also, this has been going on for a while. But, today's points are our real argument
