Clarification

Considering this shouldn't have happened, and since I forced you guys/tristo to move the ships back to their rightful places in the town, I'm going to go ahead and say that we can go ahead and pretend it didn't happen RP-wise either. This is of course due to moderator and administrator intervention.

I have reason to believe that tristo and party were misinformed, being told that Smythie owned a town near Solitude, or something of the like. Either way, tristo should have gotten on, if he wasn't already, and see what was going on exactly.

Miscommunication, whether it be on purpose or not, was clearly the problem here, and for that we are sorry. In no way should someone's town be 'claimable' when they still have clear ownership over it.
