I, high tzar and mayor of Alwund, Torkin Ouri ((aka. bvcxzmn)), will be leaving Kiwike for one year ((5 days)) to help my people fighting back home soon ((starting Sunday night)). I will leaving my city in temporary control of Genius ((aka ninja360x)). I am appointing him temporary tzar, not to me mistaken with my rank of high tzar. He will watch over the city while building it's walls. All who enter shall treat him as the leader of the city until my return.
