To those whom who represent The United Nations Act, You are invite to a meeting in the Honourably City of Rahon to talk about the recent violence between The Nation of Midland and some under the protection of T.U.N.A.
No violent action shall be taken towards The Nation of Midland until this meeting has been had, and those who do not follow this shall be punished and possible removed from The United Nations Act unless this violence takes place upon the turf of your towns and cities.
This meeting shall be had on night of the half moon.
