TUNA Peace Treaty
*A letter is delivered by hand to all bodies of TUNA, with a maroon flower tied loosely to each*
The letter reads the following..
I, King Asdf of Hyperion, send this letter with the highest regard to those participated in the conflict against me and my people.
In recent events, much catastrophe has come between our people and yours, and it is due time we end it. I apologize on behalf of my guards, soldiers, and own person for any previous assaults, regardless of motivation, towards all civilians, military personnel, or leadership in the land that we have reached.
We do not wish to continue this conflict, and up until the most recent events we had tried full-heartedly to redeem the peace broken by our actions in Solitude.
As many do know, my followers and I have reclaimed our territory of Hyperion, in attempts to regain our roots as a civilized kingdom, and stray from the violence of Solitude. Though we had initially joined the ranks of the warriors, Lewis and Wolby, the two leaders had left us in sole charge of the town of Solitude given their absence.
It is apparent that we did continue Solitude's fight far too long, and had strayed from moral and civil standards in the process. However, in our symbolic move out of Solitude, we have abandoned all hostilities. It must be noted by all persons in the land that the territory and property of Solitude is still under our designation, until Hyperion can guarantee that it shall be maintained and used rightfully by a new owner.
In light of the recent attack upon Promethia on our part, I must apologize again for the miscommunication that caused violence towards both groups. I had meant to speak with the leaders of Promethia about peace, but the assaults upon our persons gave the impression that Promethia was going back on attempts at such. We do now, in hindsight, realize that our retaliation was naive and rash.
We can never pay back the debts or damages the men of Solitude have put upon the land, but instead we will have an eternal scar upon our history as a people. Granted the peace we seek, we shall work towards rebuilding the land in a just, civilized manner, alongside the other grand nations of Kiwike.
