Your entire argument is based off the assumption that war continues into weekdays. This however is not true, or it would be specifically mentioned on the servers.

Furthermore, Android has said multiple times that it is not wartime.

Namely:

"Yotta was asked and replied to several people asking if that weekend was official wartime. His response was a decisive "No"

"As far as the previous weekend not being wartime, if it was, all town plug-ins would've been froze, as it says in the forums. You should read up as well."

"Oh, and weekend wartime starts next weekend, not this previous one."

all of which say opposite.

Clarify your argument with the defendant before presenting it.

As for my awareness of there being a war, it was not clear to me, as the post that declared war said "War List: Roadbuilders? Helvanathan" which is the closest I could find. Having never heard of either (lest road builders be the actual builders of roads), I assumed it defunct.

I, however, do not see the relevance in this point. The above proof that there is discord in your statement that "war is all the time" makes this unimportant.

You have yet to bring any evidence to the table that isn't just your interpretation of the rules. Everyone has an interpretation, and we can only follow what they say to the letter, and nothing more.
