RE: Android24557 Grieding- Continued (2)
The Vikings of Eyvind were also within the war list, if you read my post, 'Declaration of War'.
I would also like to prove your proof defunct and invalid on the basis of misinterpretation. I would like to quote Android, as you have;
'Yotta was asked and replied to several people asking if that weekend was official wartime. His response was a decisive "No".'
This can be interperatted in numberous ways. First of all, he could be referring to 'that weekend', meaning that it could have been directed at a specific weekend, i.e. this weekend. Seccondly, in my interperatation, he is stating that official wartime is not the weekends, because there is no OFFICIAL wartime. If your quote is to be believed, then the decisive "No" disreguards any official wartime, if he is nullifying his original post reguarding weekend wartime.
Reguarding your seccond quote: "As far as the previous weekend not being wartime, if it was, all town plug-ins woud've been froze, as it says in the forums. You should read up as well." - This was taken out of context. Not two sentences later, he saise that people indeed are 'allowed to raid other towns on weekdays'. Raids can be carried out outside of wartime; think realistically. Raids are carried out throughout the world in nations that are not even in a war.
Thirdly; 'Weekend wartime starts next weekend, not htis previous one.' This states that the pluggin associated with said wartime is not working properly; lag issues prevented the Saturday wartime from occuring, coupled with the fact that nations had not 'officially' been founded (yes, hasty villages had been set up, and money had been paid - but nations don't rise in a day).
Is this sufficient clarrification for the Defendant?
"One can concentrate so closely on the words of a sentence that one thereby misses the meaning. As can happen in any area of life. You must never lose focus on the larger landscape."
