Although I could see this used else where, say when an international subway line gets built, someone could lock a cart, add someone they are trying to send it too, and put it down the line for that person to get. Although I feel like even this would cause lots of issues, people see it and try to stop it, either get into it and take the stuff anyway, or leave it stopped in the middle of a track.
