Store Protection = Anti-RP?

Something I keep noticing as I meander/explore towns and whatnot, are stores that are selling something (like diamonds, or diamond-products) for 99999999... which, I'll admit is an effective way to protect your diamonds from being looted because of the protection on stores, but... it seems sort of unrealistic (as real stores do not have impenetrable defenses in real life, and stores tend to have competitive prices).

If stores can be looted/raided during "wartime" then I complete revoke the previous accusation. If they still stand protected against theft at all times though, I'd like to request that either that be changed (for wartime) or that people no longer be allowed to abuse this ability to protect their things by selling one diamond for a gazillion gold.

Also, if everyone else disagrees, that's fine. I'm willing to go with the majority.

I really think this is an exploit that goes against the spirit and role-playing aspect that Kiwike is so loved for.
