((I would suggest changing the "suddenly" part there are better ways to transition a sudden action scene and the cape part could be reworded it seems like it was just sort of thrown in there, though I understand it's importance as a symbol of power. Also could you tell me what augments are? (I got that they were a coat of arms or something but not exactly sure.) I liked the ending it was very gripping also good imagery I really felt like I was there.))

Will edit in a moment, I just wanted to answer what the augments were, In my coming back to Kiwike story, I set up an RP when I went off and became one of the mageguard. I then got involved in an assasination plot and unknowingly delivered a bomb to the kind of... well I forget the city. Point is I was blown to pieces and had these augments made for me while I was in sais city. This is also the point where my character discovered that squiggley1 had died, because he was also in the room as one of the mageguard. so anyway think of it like banes mask.
