Small Forum Update

Hey everyone! If you haven't already noticed, we've moved the forums around a bit in preparation for something. You'll see what that something is soon enough (please don't spoil it, those who know!), but I would quickly like to let everyone know that the Nation Subforums are up and running. This means that nation leaders may post things directed towards their citizens here, and other things of the like. It might make sense to add different OOC and IC sections, but that may prove to be too much, just let us know after you've been using them for a while, thanks!
