((Well, there have been issues with people not being able to leave nations (believe yotta fixed it, but don't hold me to that) As for anyone joining, I think nation leaders can set whether people are instantly accepted or have to be approved. I know Enc'ela's is set so that if a person says they want to join, they're in. And finally, in wars battles will be fought over world blocks, with the victor claiming ownership. But for that we need to wait for the war plugin. Anything else?))
