Actually I have only taken iron from Chase Yama as i was poor and i needed to make armor, but since they decided to kill me I continued to steal from them. I never once killed them. I do not wish to wage war with anybody, except Enclea, and Midland Monarchy unless someone else wishes to challenge us. I have not even wished to wage war, but your foolish citizen from Enclea decided to insult me, and now you challenged us. For the midland offering information to Enclea is the reason I wish to wage war with you.

The Empire of Toa would humbly ask for support against Midland Monarchy, and Enclea.
