Only under certain circumstances may you request a sub forum for your town.

1. Must be a full fledged town
2. At least 5 of the town people must have a post count above 10 on the forums.
3. Must be a town for OVER a week.
4. At least 10 members in the town.

Private forums are given to a town with two or more premium users that use the forum.
