Well in real world large-scale battles, individual skill is rarely, almost never, a deciding factor.

The true test of WvW lies in being able to acrrue and manage a group of players.
Groups of players with a good balance of classes being coordinated across the map are the real threat, not an individual.

Cooperation and command are the test, not how well you know your skill rotation.

Yeah but its mostly random people following other random people and facerolling across the keyboard for about 15 minutes untill the gates are down or untill you defend the attack.
