Chairman Crazy,

I am somewhat disappointed that you selected my nation as one of the nations that is not permitted to obtain your land. Because of the fact that you have been in hiding for so long, I understand that you may not be aware of the changes that have taken place in The Midlands. To my great regret, King Gnught Wolfbane has died in his age, and I have taken over as King of The Midlands. With Gnught's tragic death has come some enormous, and beneficial changes to the nation's policies and decisions. I request that you please reconsider your decision to prohibit my nation from claiming your land. If you do reconsider your decision, then please consider the following:
I would be very interested in taking in your land as my own, and looking over it with great care. As I am an understanding and reasonable man, I will guarantee that your citizens have total freedom to hail The Red One, and that a statue and shrine to The Red One will be incorporated in our plan for the rebuilding of our capital city that is scheduled to take place shortly. There will also be a smaller shrine or statue placed in all of our towns as a place for anyone from the United Republic to worship. Also, I will grant all of the leaders of your former towns the rank of Greater Tzar and full control over their towns.
Please think about allowing The Midlands to claim the land of The United Republic, I promise that it will not be a bad decision.
