Ban Appeal (Hear me out)

I know that you probably think this is a ridiculous request. But just listen to me for a second.
To begin with I never actually took part in the griefing. I understand that I DID observe it happening, but so did many others whose names I won’t list. But even if I wanted to report it (which I will admit I didn’t at the time) none of the mods or admins were online. It honestly wouldn’t have mattered what I decided to do anyways.
Yes, I may have felt like it was well deserved, and I still don’t entirely think it wasn’t. And yes I may have been let in on the plans. The fact of the matter is, I don’t necessarily feel like observing a griefing is and believing that “it was well deserved” is ban worthy. There is plenty of people on here with massive records. I had a record of practically nothing, and was banned.
The other important thing is why am I just posting this now. To begin with I just noticed my account was unbanned, and the other thing is that I understand kiwike seems to be in a poor state right now and I would be glad to help.
So I am asking for a unban. It probably won’t happen but I figured it is worth a try.
