I'm sorry, I thought you were here to make your point as to why you should be unbanned. Which would involve arguing your point

Alright fine:
"It's not in the rules because it's common sense. If someone is intended to break a rule, it would be in the best interest of everyone for everyone if you had reported it, rather than seeming to endorse the action."
With people nowadays I think every little thing should be in the rules and not have a "rule of thumb" system. Common sense isn't that common any more. Who said I was looking out for everyone? Maybe I'm only going to do things that benefit me and disregard other people's needs. How was I endorsing any action?

I really don't know what you mean by "...resources for this were just lying around" And I did not see a mod during the griefing process. it was around 2 A.M. if my memory serves. So we were about the only ones on and as far as I know there was no planning involved. As for the legal systems, this is minecraft, there is no one defined set of rules for everyone to follow, which is why there should be a very clear and concise posting of the rules on one's server/fourms. Kiwikie's rules have a lot of gray areas.

Assuming you're talking about the "midlands grief" thread then and the comment were I wrote the N-word about 30 times. Then yes I did kick myself in the head on that one didn't I? I'll agree it was very immature, but once again, that was one of the only times I have ever acted up and it was on the fourms (not in game). It wasn't even directed at any one (some may have even found it funny). Look at some of the people on this server who have said things that are directed at people (in game) and they haven't gotten into any trouble for it, just a warning.
