I concur with seth, skype would make it more fair for players and moderators in situations as serious as banning or warning. From what I've seen, when people get banned they have a limited way of explaining themselves, and sometimes they just get ignored. I would personally prefer a physical conversation when explaining myself for an accusation. Plus, this is a community, we should all have each others skype's anyway. It's nice to talk to you guys
