The thing is that mining fatigue will be used in the future when you attack an enemy town and having it being added after you break a block, it could easily be abused. I think iDie's suggestion is the best one and we'll probably go with that for now at least.

Edit: this quick fix will be included in the next server restart, okay thanks.
