Removing total block protections from towns
We want your input on this idea, should we make it so that a town never has full protection?

We would change it so protection of towns is constant, and not effected by how many players are online like how it currently is. At all times it will be possible to break blocks in another's town, but it is always very slow (because mining fatigue is limited, we may also make it so you must break the block several times before you actually break it). Also, when the blocks are broken, they will not drop anything and will regenerate after an extended period of time (similar to creeperheal, but much longer). Therefore, it would not be virtually pointless to be online like it is currently.

People would be able to steal from other's towns whenever. What this will do, is allow for one town to steal from another town. The town that got stolen from will want to retaliate, so they go and steal from the town that stole from them. The town that initially stole from the other town will see this, and therefore want to get online in order to defend their stuff. This will create a reason for people to want to be online and will offer much more opportunity for conflict with others. They will need to fight or loose their stuff, creating PvP encounters, tensions, wars, etc... This, coupled with a greatly needed debuff on the massively OP enderpearls, and enderchests for people to store all of their most valuable stuff and not risk it getting stolen, will create a new, useful dynamic for the server.
