You got everything right except for a minor detail about diamond spawning. The max level where diamond spawns is 15 instead of 12.

Well, looking at the wiki we see that diamonds are most common on levels 5-12.

I realize that diamonds can spawn higher up, but they are way less common. As I said, 5-12 are the most common levels.
